This suite sweet carrot cake all the grain itself was great for breakfast, or topped with Cream Cheese Frosting of the sweet suite for dessert. This is not the standard carrot cake loaded with tons of white sugar. This version marks really the taste of the carrot the natural sweetness.
Ingredients for honey sweet carrot cake
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 ounces of whole wheat flour, by weight
3 oz of flour oat grain, by weight
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder aluminium free
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 tonka beans, ground (this spice can be hard to find-skip it if you don't have one)
1 1/2 cups shredded carrot (use your food processor shredding disk)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f. grease 13 x 13 baking dish and set aside.
You want the coconut oil must be in a liquid form of this recipe. This will happen on 76 degrees f. If your oil is not hot enough to be liquid, heat it until it will be. Be careful not to let it get hot, as it prematurely to cook the eggs in the next step.
Put coconut oil, honey, orange juice, eggs, vanilla extract into the bowl of your food processor blade with the preferred versatile. Process for two minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the flour, whole wheat grain flour oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, tonka beans in a large bowl. Whisk to combine. Add the carrots shredded walnuts. Mix well.
Add the dry mixture and stir until mixture wet hardly integrated. Carrot cake will move too. Move the dish greased baking industry. Bake until toothpick inserted in the Center comes out clean, about 35-45 minutes.

8 ounces of cream cheese, at room temperature
1/4 cup of coconut oil, at room temperature
2 tablespoons honey
Directions
Beat all three materials together to creamed. You can do this by using a hand mixer, stand mixer, or a wooden spoon. I wouldn't recommend last unless you use it as part of your exercise program!
