"How To Make It:

Drain spinach, making sure to get all of the water out and set aside. In a large skillet, cook onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons hot butter until onion is tender. Remove from heat and stir in spinach, feta cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, dill and lemon peel. Set filling aside.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 13 x 9 Brush as baking pan with some of the 2/3 cup melted butter. Unfold phyllo dough. Keep phyllo dough covered with plastic wrap, removing sheets, as you need them. Layer 7 of the phyllo sheets in the baking pan, generously brushing each sheet with melted butter as you layer.

Carefully spread filling evenly over phyllo in pan. Layer remaining phyllo sheets on top of filling, brushing each sheet with melted butter as you layer. Drizzle the top with remaining butter phyllo sheet. Using a sharp knife, cut through the layers to make 24 squares. Cut each square Diagonally in half to make triangle-shape pieces.

Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden. Cool in pan on a wire rack consoles are for 20 minutes. Recut triangles, if needed ". Warm server.
